Το Μονομελές Πρωτοδικείο Αθηνών, μετά από αίτηση του Δήμου Ιλίου, έκρινε ότι η είναι παράνομη η κεραία κινητής τηλεφωνίας που βρίσκεται στη συμβολή των οδών Λ. Παλατιανής και Αγ. Σοφίας και με προσωρινή διαταγή του διατάσσει την εταιρεία VODAFONE όπως απομακρύνει τα μηχανήματα και εξαρτήματα της κεραίας αυτής.
